- Prior in-house experience is helpful
- Active law license in the state where the candidate will reside

Responsibilities:
- Work independently and collaboratively with a team of attorneys
- Directly engage with clients and build relationships
- Mentor and develop junior attorneys in the corporate practice group
- Desire to grow a book of business is a plus
