Law Firm is seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Immigration Analyst (Paralegal) to join their team in Dallas. This is a full-time position with opportunities for training, development, and long-term growth within the firm. As a Business Immigration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing world-class client service and utilizing cutting-edge technology to navigate the complex world of global immigration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn about various types of immigration matters and build knowledge of firm, immigration case types, and client processes
- Prepare and file petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, review, drafting, and filing
- Communicate with foreign nationals and clients, providing prompt and clear responses regarding case status and inquiries
- Meet deadlines and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Compile and summarize data for reporting to clients, managers, and team
- Contribute to team and individual productivity goals
- Follow firm standards and policies for compliance and risk mitigation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certification, or experience in a customer-facing or client service-oriented role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Word and Excel
- Desire to promote teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment
