Employee Relations Partner

The Employee Relations Partner is a remote position based in Denver, CO, with the ability to work from home. This position offers a salary range of $60K to $70K and requires a Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major, or four years of additional experience. The role requires five or more years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations, and proficiency in MS Office suite. The position also requires knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Essential Functions:

- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems
- Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations
- Develop investigation plans and conduct fair, neutral, and timely investigations
- Ensure policy interpretation for supervisors and managers in handling employee conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Partner with Operational Management, Business HR, Labor Relations, and Legal Teams to create solutions for complex Employee Relations issues
- Deliver high-quality HR support through performance management, risk mitigation, union agreement administration, and employee communication

Additional Responsibilities:

- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within the region
- Travel as needed to company sites within the supported region

- Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and company policies
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Impartiality during investigations and strong conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships within the organization
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and train on technology and case management systems
- Flexibility and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent major; or, four additional years of experience
- Five or more years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Salary:

- Salary is determined based on internal equity, market data, applicant's skills, relevant experience, and certain degrees or certifications
- The salary for this position ranges from $60K to $70K
