Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Timekeeping Software, Scanning, and Microsoft Outlook. Familiarity with USPTO procedures, rules, and requirements. High level of proficiency with technology, including Adobe Acrobat, U.S. Patent Office Electronic Filing System, and internet research tools. Excellent client service skills. Ability to compose routine correspondence. Organizational skills, ability to work independently and prioritize assignments, handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintain confidentiality, work in a fast-paced environment, perform well under pressure, and respect others.
