- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare industry with knowledge of laws such as Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and HIPAA/HITECH
- Responsible for preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents
- Detail-oriented, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills required

- Salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 annually, with potential for annual discretionary bonus
