Job Summary:

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a top-ranked global law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Senior Associate with at least 5-6 years of experience in Labor & Employment to join our team in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA. The candidate will primarily provide advice and counseling to clients and have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from various industries.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide advice and counseling to clients on compliance and employment issues
- Draft policies and agreements for clients
- Represent clients in litigation cases related to labor and employment matters
- Assist clients with identifying and strategizing for employment law compliance
- Work with employers to develop and implement HR policies and practices
- Collaborate with the Labor & Employment team to structure corporate transactions and negotiate collective bargaining agreements
- Participate in trials and arbitrations as needed
- Stay updated on labor and employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Labor & Employment practice
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to take ownership of work and career
- Significant counseling and litigation experience
- Knowledge of wage and hour laws
- Membership in the California State Bar
- Excellent academic credentials

Salary & Benefits:

- Expected annualized base salary: $300,000 to $400,000
- Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors
- Eligible for discretionary bonus
