Litigation Associate The candidate should have 4-6 years of litigation experience. A litigator with a civil rights or employment background, including experience with 42 . § 1983, Title VI, Title IX, Title VII, the ADEA, FMLA, ADA, and Texas Labor Code Chapter 21 is strongly desired. Experience in representing public entities, including school districts, community colleges, or institutions of higher education is preferred.
