This position is remote and relocation is available according to the Firm's policy. Job Summary As a Sr. Paralegal, you will be an integral part of our client service teams. You will work closely with lawyers, co-counsel, and clients on a wide range of substantive client matters. You will also be responsible for researching, preparing, and filing legal UCC Financing Statements, Articles of Incorporation/Organization, annual reports, managing data rooms, and matter files, coordinating execution and delivery of documentation to other parties’ counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, etc., including all closing documentation. Job Responsibilities: Develop, monitor, and update closing and other books and other documents Research, prepare, and file legal UCC Financing Statements, Articles of Incorporation/Organization, annual reports, etc. Manage data rooms and matter files on document management systems Coordinate execution and delivery of documentation to other parties’ counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, etc. Develop, monitor, and update closing and other checklists Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate 6 years’ Paralegal experience supporting a Finance practice group in a law firm or professional services environment Experience managing data rooms and matter files on document management systems Detail-oriented and self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of work Preferred Requirements: Blue Sky experience Experience preparing and filing a variety of corporate legal documents (Articles of Incorporation/Organization, amendments, state qualifications, consents, merger documents, closing books, electronic closing sets, initial drafts or certificates, short-form closing deliverables, and filing annual reports) Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Large firm experience Salary and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. In accordance with New York City, California, and Washington’s Pay Transparency Law, pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City, California or Washington is $95k-$130k. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
