The Litigation Paralegal will provide support to the firm’s lawyers in all aspects of litigation. This position requires a minimum of a paralegal certificate and bi-lingual Chinese (Mandarin) language skills. An Associate Degree and Notary Public certification are a plus. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a law firm setting.

The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for:

Calendaring litigation deadlines
Conducting legal research
Managing document productions
Performing document review
Drafting documents
Preparing for depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials
