Law Firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our GCSolutions team in our various offices in GA, NC, and SC. This position requires a strong understanding of evidence and trial procedures, as well as excellent communication and database skills. The ideal candidate will also have proficiency in Excel and Access and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of electronic discovery, including document reviews and productions
• Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials and handle logistics, exhibits, and technology needs
• Communicate with IT personnel and vendors regarding document and discovery issues
• File and serve motions, briefs, exhibits, and other documents in state and federal courts
• Maintain organized files and internal case databases
• Assist with discovery, research, and preparation of documents for attorney review and case preparation
• Prepare notebooks for hearings, depositions, and trial
• Perform bluebook and cite checking
• Coordinate service of subpoenas
• Conduct legal and internet research and gather relevant information from various resources
• Track case deadlines and manage calendars

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a mid or large sized law firm
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Excellent project management abilities with attention to detail and deadlines
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work well in a team environment with a focus on client service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
