- Provide data during the application process for reporting and record-keeping purposes

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Interest in administrative litigation at FERC
- Experience with complex litigation research and trials/administrative hearings
- Strong analytical skills and proactive, team-oriented attitude
- Admitted or eligible for admission to the DC Bar
