Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in proceedings before and against government agencies
- Handle complex regulatory and policy disputes before numerous agencies
- Collaborate with other GT practices to utilize industry knowledge in cases
- Participate in the Mansfield Rule Certification Program for diversity and inclusion
- Provide data during the application process for reporting and record-keeping purposes

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Interest in administrative litigation at FERC
- Experience with complex litigation research and trials/administrative hearings
- Strong analytical skills and proactive, team-oriented attitude
- Admitted or eligible for admission to the DC Bar
