We are looking for a Warranty Paralegal to join our team at a leading law firm in Torrance, CA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000+ and a comprehensive benefits package. As a warranty paralegal, you will play a vital role on our case teams and have the opportunity to work on complex civil litigation cases for top brands in various industries. This is a hybrid position, with the option to work from home and in-office workdays.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of legal documents such as correspondence, agreements, and pleadings
- Work closely with attorneys to keep cases moving forward, providing regular updates and alerting them to important client and case needs
- Assist with discovery, including requests, depositions, and subpoenas
- Conduct document review and analysis using various platforms
- Manage electronic case files using a document management system
- Prepare for trial by compiling materials, coordinating witnesses, and managing exhibits

Qualifications:

- Meticulous, diligent, personable, and highly motivated
- Able to anticipate challenges and make sound decisions independently
- Comfortable with learning new technology and processes
- Willingness to travel nationwide for trial attendance
- Familiarity with client billing guidelines and ability to accurately record billing entries
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in litigation law firm
