Wilson Elser, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join our national team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting investigations and research into case-related information. We offer remote and hybrid working arrangements for this position.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor's degree. A BA in Paralegal Studies and/or Paralegal Certificate is a plus. You should also have at least 1 year of experience as a litigation paralegal. Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written, are required. We also value professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information. Experience with team collaboration software and Electronically Stored Information and document management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Discovery Paralegal at Wilson Elser, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Manage and respond to litigation discovery requests, including assisting with discovery requests and document productions
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders both inside and outside the firm
- Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, and determine potential existence of relevant documents for each case
- Maintain and organize evidentiary data and case-related information according to best records management practices across a wide array of case files and documentation
