# Labor and Employment Associate - San Diego, CA ## Dinsmore & Shohl - A Prominent National Law Firm Dinsmore & Shohl is a prominent national law firm with over 750 attorneys in 29 cities. They have an immediate opportunity available for an employment associate in the San Diego, CA office. ## Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include litigation defense and advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws. This includes working on FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage law matters. Experience taking depositions, arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial is preferred. ## Qualifications Qualified candidates must have two - six years of experience, a strong academic background, and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Candidates must also possess a license to practice in California. ## Compensation The base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $210,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
