We are currently seeking a highly qualified Patent Litigation Associate to join our Intellectual Property group. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a dynamic and growing team. The position is available in multiple offices, including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Chicago, Atlanta, and Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least four (4) years of experience working on patent litigation cases. They should be familiar with all aspects of patent litigation, including drafting legal documents, responding to motions, and conducting legal research. The candidate should also have experience in second or third chair roles, as this is a crucial aspect of the position. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to motions in patent litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Participate in second or third chair roles in patent litigation trials
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective legal solutions
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members in the law firm to ensure the best possible outcome for clients
