The firm operates from a strategic platform of offices located in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington DC, and Toronto, providing a diverse and dynamic work environment.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of two years of experience in labor and employment law. While experience in higher education is preferred, it is not required. Candidates must be licensed to practice in New York State or eligible to waive into the New York State Bar. Superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to work directly with clients and develop and execute service strategies.
