Contracts Specialists and

Overview

Our law firm's contracts specialists and paralegals are integral to our delivery of legal counsel. They are supported and supervised by our lawyers, and contribute their skills, experiences, perspectives, and judgment to our work. Our contracts specialists and corporate paralegals also interact with clients, CROs, outside service providers, and counterparties to proposed transactions.

The Faber Team is comprised of experienced contracts specialists and paralegals who have made valuable contributions to our law firm.

Our contracts specialists and corporate paralegals are also welcomed and encouraged to participate in our firm’s Philanthropy Committee, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion subcommittees, Training Committee, Forms Committee, and ad hoc committees and teams.
