The ARC Docketing & Filing Specialist will primarily focus on providing critical date management and court filing support to attorneys firm-wide. The role requires a strong attention to detail, exceptional technical skills, and a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Review and manage critical deadlines for legal documents - Research inquiries regarding deadlines from legal and administrative staff - Accurately enter data into the calendaring database according to firm and department standards - Conduct comprehensive docket reviews of electronic filing receipts and distribute to case team members - Prioritize and process requests for docketing litigation deadlines - Set up and maintain case files - Adhere to all firm policies and maintain confidentiality Qualifications: - Associate’s degree preferred, Bachelor’s degree a plus - Minimum of five years’ experience at a law firm or legal/corporate department - Previous experience as a paralegal preferred - Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and legal terminology - Proficiency with federal and state court rules and electronic filing procedures - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High level of professionalism and customer service orientation The law firm is an equal opportunity employer and offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
