The Ideal Candidate

- Has 4-6 years of experience in M&A, with a strong background in public and private company transactions
- Possesses a solid understanding of market terms, SEC and stock exchange regulations related to public company M&A transactions
- Has experience working with major corporations, private equity sponsors, and portfolio companies
- Is able to handle both team projects and individual responsibilities
- Has excellent academic credentials and strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills

Responsibilities

- Drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate documentation
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Communicating with clients and handling client matters directly
- Assisting with due diligence investigations and transaction closings

Qualifications

- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar where the position is located
- Experience at a major transactional firm is preferred
