Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Senior Associate, Judicial Foreclosure to join their multi-state law firm. This Senior Associate will be responsible for handling and managing cases with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation, mortgage and transactional matters. They will be responsible for protecting the clients' interest in litigation proceedings and general collection cases.

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and a minimum of eight years of litigation/courtroom experience. They must be a member of the state Bar while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements. They must be proficient in performing legal research and writing, taking & defending depositions, drafting pleadings, briefs, affidavits, discovery, proposed orders, as well as correspondence, memoranda, and opinion letters.

This position requires an individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. They must be able to effectively communicate with all clients (via Client Systems, e-mail and phone). They must also be able to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. The successful candidate must also be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases, while being willing and able to travel on an as needed basis.

The Senior Attorney will handle and manage cases with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation, mortgage and transactional matters and protect the client's interest in litigation proceedings and general collection cases.
