This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with previous experience in a full-service law firm and/or relevant educational background. Role and Responsibilities: • Support attorneys in the Private Clients and Fiduciary Services Group • Revise legal documents and correspondence • Proofread documents for accuracy and consistency • Maintain files (both paper and electronic) • Process invoices and expense reimbursement requests • Conduct research, both online and general • Answer telephone calls and assist clients • Respond promptly and multitask in a fast-paced environment • Calendaring and tracking deadlines • Scanning and other administrative tasks as needed Requirements: • Previous experience in a full-service law firm and/or relevant educational background • Familiarity with estate planning, estate administration, probate litigation, and/or trust administration preferred • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks successfully • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment How to Apply: • Interested candidates should submit their resumes for review • Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received • Position will remain open until filled • Need help applying?
