Law Firm Seeks Experienced Associate Attorney in Austin, TX

Overview:

- Bowman and Brooke is a leading law firm that has been defending some of the world's largest manufacturers since 1985. We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our thriving Austin, TX location.

- With over 150 attorneys in twelve offices across the country, we have the depth of knowledge and trial skills necessary to successfully defend our clients in product litigation nationwide.

- This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious attorney who is passionate about trial work and wants to learn from some of the best in the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely and collaboratively with attorneys across all of our offices to develop personalized case strategies for our clients
- Take on significant responsibility and have immediate involvement in high-exposure litigation matters
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and handle other essential tasks related to civil litigation
- Stay up-to-date on current state and federal procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in the litigation process
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all work
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Work closely with others in a team-oriented environment

Requirements:

- JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- 3 or more years of experience in civil litigation
- Current Texas Bar admission
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong understanding of state and federal procedures
- Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment
