## Qualifications

* Three to five years of experience as inside and/or outside counsel researching, analyzing, and advising clients regarding compliance with federal and state substantive and licensing laws governing mortgage lending and settlement service industry participants, including mortgage lenders and servicers.
* Strong academic credentials as well as analytical and communication skills are required.
* Admission to the . Bar is preferred.
