The Law Firm of Clyde & Co is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Claims Analyst to join our insurance coverage practice group in San Francisco. This full-time position is open to candidates with 5+ years of experience and offers a salary range of $80,000 - $90,000.

As a Paralegal/Claims Analyst at Clyde & Co, you will have the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters, including class action defense, coverage disputes, and bad faith litigation. This position is open to our San Francisco and Los Angeles offices, and offers a hybrid work model with 2-3 days in the office per week.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel. Familiarity with Court websites is a plus. We are looking for someone with excellent written and oral communication skills, superior organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information and work under pressure.

Key responsibilities for this position include drafting and maintaining spreadsheets to track claims, triaging and sorting email inboxes, liaising with clients, sending coverage letters, and monitoring court dockets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, update, and maintain spreadsheets to track status of claims
- Triage and sort email inbox to open new matters
- Liaise with clients regarding status of claims, potential claims, and coverage letters
- Finalize and send coverage letters
- Monitor state and federal court dockets and forecast possible upcoming claims

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Familiarity with Court websites is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior organizational skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information
- Ability to gracefully work under pressure
- Flexible and adapts well to changes in workload
