Bankruptcy Attorney - Represent Creditors in Oregon and Washington with a Focus on Technology and Innovation

Position Summary:

The Associate Attorney will represent creditors in bankruptcy matters in Oregon and/or Washington, while upholding the firm's fundamental values of Partnership, Integrity, and Innovation.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Interact with clients and staff in a professional and diligent manner
- Prepare various legal documents related to bankruptcy cases
- Attend court hearings on behalf of clients
- Manage assigned caseload and handle escalated and time-sensitive matters
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Assist with other duties and special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor of Law
- 2-5 years of bankruptcy experience preferred
- Admitted to the Oregon or Washington state bar or the United States Bankruptcy Courts in Oregon or Washington
- Admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts in Oregon or Washington or have eligibility requirements satisfied to get admitted
- Proficient in software tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be organized, able to multi-task, and work well in a team
