- Represent corporate clients in high-exposure and technically intricate lawsuits in multiple jurisdictions
- Handle large scale motions and trials, with a focus on insurance defense and product liability cases
- Stay up-to-date on current state and federal procedures and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and the court system
- Take on significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters

Qualifications:
- JD from accredited law school
- Current Florida Bar admission
- 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense and product liability
- Trial experience preferred
- Strong understanding of state and federal procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
