Position Summary:

Winstead PC, a leading law firm in Dallas, Texas, is currently seeking a 3-6 year attorney to join our Corporate, Commercial Transactions and Outsourcing (CCTO) practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology transactions, AmLaw200 experience, strong writing skills, and preferably experience in the aviation industry. This is a great opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions for some of the world's largest airlines, while being mentored by experienced attorneys and having the opportunity to mentor junior associates. Key Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate complex technology transactions for clients in the aviation industry.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various commercial and corporate matters.
Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to provide high-quality legal services.
Mentor junior associates and assist with their professional development.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

3-6 years of experience in technology transactions, preferably in a large law firm or corporate setting.
Familiarity with AmLaw200 pace and expectations.
Strong legal drafting skills.
Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to the State Bar of Texas.

Salary Information:

Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
