Tucker Arensberg, . is looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing team in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of criminal litigation experience and be licensed in Pennsylvania.

This position requires a driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving clients at all levels and the ability to provide legal counsel of critical issues. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen and a desire to understand client objectives.

Responsibilities:

Support the general litigation practice
Support clients in the broad and varied areas of law
Research issues; analyze and draft documents

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Criminal Litigation experience, particularly in the federal system (3-5 years) preferred
Licensed in Pennsylvania
Strong business acumen and ability to understand/articulate the value that our firm provides
Use of litigation technology support software
Knowledge of the business development process and a desire to understand client objectives
Solid writing and editing skills with a focus on developing impactful and persuasive messaging
Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving clients at all levels
Professional problem-solver and the ability to provide legal counsel of critical issues
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Capable of working in a deadline-driven environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously with a thorough attention to detail

The successful candidate will have strong business acumen and a desire to understand client objectives.

Under the direction and mentorship of a senior attorney and in collaboration with the Litigation Department Chair, the associate attorney will have significant client interaction along with a great deal of independence and entrepreneurship. Tucker Arensberg has some of the most sophisticated criminal defense attorneys in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has handled some of the biggest and highest profile criminal defense cases across Pennsylvania and throughout the United States. This individual will support these attorneys while also building a practice of their own.

Additionally, the associate attorney will be assigned a mentor though our mentorship program, an individual marketing budget for business development efforts along with guidance and direction for how to develop your practice. Tucker Arensberg also offers a collegial work environment and outstanding and desirable employee benefits. We're looking for a lawyer who can multi-task and work independently on projects from beginning to end. Our office is located in Camp Hill PA in brand new offices with headquarters in Pittsburgh.
