Husch Blackwell LLP is looking for a Litigation Docket Specialist to join our team in multiple locations across the United States. As a Litigation Docket Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring assigned shared mailboxes and docketing requests in a timely manner using our firm's litigation docketing software. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our Litigation Docket Manager on improving our docketing best practices and processes. This position may be filled remotely or in any of our locations.

Responsibilities:
- Independently docket for designated assignment group, including reviewing and comprehending documents, verifying deadlines and court/agency information, and ensuring accuracy of docketed items and deadlines.
- Create, review, and distribute accurate matter reports.
- Research and apply statutory, agency, and court rules for various jurisdictions.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Stay current with developments, procedures, and rules in courts and agencies within designated assignment group.

Qualifications:
- 2-year degree or Paralegal Certificate, with a preference for a 4-year degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of litigation docketing experience, specifically using CompuLaw Vision.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience in federal and state courts, including calculating and calendaring deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of California litigation and asbestos practice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research.
- Attention to detail, analytical abilities, and adaptability.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Commensurate with skills and experience.
- Expected compensation ranges from $49,000 - $107,000, depending on location.
- Discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits package.
