This position is responsible for assisting potential clients by taking calls and gathering important information regarding potential claims. Experience:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous medical or medical/legal or paralegal experience preferred

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls from potential clients and gathering pertinent information
- Contacting Medical Analysts or attorneys for further review and potential follow-up
- Processing messages promptly and accurately
- Drafting deferral letters for approval
- Ensuring client confidentiality and professional treatment of information

Requirements:
- Ability to consistently deliver top level customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer software such as File Site and WordPerfect
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed

Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous medical or medical/legal or paralegal experience preferred

Physical Demands:
- Work is performed in a professional office environment
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Ability to move around the office and operate office equipment
- May require occasional light lifting
