The triage call specialist is a vital role in the medical negligence group at law firm. This position is responsible for assisting potential clients by taking calls and gathering important information regarding potential claims. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to providing top level customer service. This is a full-time, remote position, but the candidate must reside in Minnesota, North Dakota, or South Dakota. The firm offers a flexible work schedule to its employees.
