This role requires a minimum of four years of patent litigation experience and/or significant PTAB experience, including motion preparation and argumentation, deposition taking, complex discovery and ESI handling, and trial preparation. A technical background and USPTO patent bar registration is preferred. We are looking for candidates who are licensed to practice in Ohio or Kentucky, have strong academic credentials, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
