Salary Information: The salary for this position is competitive and will depend on experience and qualifications. Job Title: Legal Assistant Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Assistant in our Client Services Department. This position will require a general knowledge of all client specific procedures, office procedures, litigation process and will work as a liaison between our firm and the client. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for reviewing files, delegating direction for those files, and ensuring compliance with client timelines and deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between the firm and the client. Handle client emails for status requests and updates within required timeframes. Review and process correspondence and media from the client. Monitor and review files to ensure compliance with client guidelines and company standards. Communicate effectively with employees from various departments, as well as client contacts. Qualifications and Skills: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role in a legal, banking, or business setting. Proficient in Microsoft products, including Excel and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly detail-oriented and analytical. Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent reading comprehension skills.
