A law firm seeks an experienced Immigration Attorney who specializes in corporate immigration matters. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in advising corporate clients and handling various immigration petitions and compliance issues.
Duties
- Provide strategic counsel to corporate clients on diverse business immigration issues.
- Represent clients before government agencies such as USCIS, DOL, and DOS, managing petitions and applications.
- Litigate appeals and oversee compliance matters for corporate clients.
- Demonstrate expertise in handling a variety of immigration categories, including H-1B, L-1, O-1A, E1/E2, NIW, EB-1A, and EB-5.
- Maintain and grow a portable book of business, engaging with corporate entities, startups, universities, hospitals, and other organizations.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from a highly regarded law school.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate immigration law at an AmLaw 100 firm.
Education
