Overview:

Groom Law Group is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our growing litigation department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing general litigation support and assisting with federal class-action matters. Responsibilities:

- Manage federal litigation class-action cases, including filing court documents and providing general paralegal support
- Draft, proofread, and finalize federal court and litigation related documents
- Prepare deposition and trial materials
- Coordinate discovery documents using various review platforms
- Bluebook legal citations and fact check memoranda

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or paralegal certificate required
- Experience with litigation support software and Microsoft Office preferred
- Must have federal court and civil litigation experience

Competencies:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
