With a minimum of two to five years of experience in international trade remedy investigations, the ideal candidate will have an undergraduate technical degree and excellent academic credentials.

**Job Responsibilities**
- Represent clients in ITC Section 337 investigations and other international trade remedy investigations
- Research and analyze legal issues related to international trade
- Prepare legal briefs, pleadings, motions, and other documents
- Negotiate and mediate disputes
- Participate in hearings and trials

**Qualifications**
- Two to five years of experience in international trade remedy investigations, such as antidumping, countervailing, safeguards, section 232 national security reviews, and section 301 proceedings
- Undergraduate degree in technical field is helpful but not required
- Outstanding academic credentials
