Advice to law firm management: The firm should focus on increasing the salary of employees. The varied work schedule is something the firm should continue to offer. The firm should offer guidance to employees who want to advance in their careers.

Pros: The law firm has created an environment in which the employees make themselves available to offer support to one another. The hours of work may vary and gives opportunities to balance both work and life as working from home is an option.

Cons: The law firm does fall short in offering a more interesting degree of work. The wage amount per work is very low. The firm does not do a great job of guiding employees through careers and what is required from them.

Advice to law firm management: Communicate a lot more effectively. Offer a larger pay increase.

Pros: The people here are great. Management is approachable and willing to help employees.

Cons: As the firm has gotten so big, it's hard to know anyone there. Management doesn't care about the workforce or people.

Current or former employee?: Current Employee

(the number, and caliber, of job postings). Exactly what I was looking for – I have 5 years’ experience and was looking for a lateral move or an in-house position, and that’s exactly what I found!
