H2: Manage File Intake and Transfers for a Leading Southeastern Law Firm Responsibilities: - Manage the intake and transfer process for all files at the firm - Work with multiple teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of all files - Coordinate with the General Counsel's office, LPA, and local office Director of Administration - Utilize provided charts and systems to organize and enter information for incoming files - Collaborate with the IP Docketing team to prioritize tasks and monitor pending applications - Maintain accurate records of all files and their status - Assist with the preparation of reports and statistics related to file intake - Ensure proper transfer of files out of the firm, including removal of specified documents - Work with IT personnel to transfer information as needed Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience - Knowledge of IP laws, regulations, and docketing procedures - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time - Strong written and oral communication skills - Self-motivated with the ability to maintain confidentiality - Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Join the team at Womble Bond Dickinson and be a part of a leading law firm in the Southeast.
