- Independently maintain caseload
- Obtain, review, and analyze documents
- Prepare medical record chronology
- Compile evidence and supporting information
- Manage files and documents
- Coordinate with support services, clients, opposing law firms, and courts
- Manage court docket calendar
- Generate status reports, logs, and indexes
- Correspond with clients and opposing law firms
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Communicate with experts and analyze their qualifications and experience
- Perform additional duties as required
