Job Overview: A law firm in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Senior Private Client Services Associate Attorney focusing on estate planning, taxation, and trust administration. The candidate will collaborate closely with a Partner who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates.

Duties:

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on estate planning, estate and gift taxation, and estate and trust administration.
• Serve clients, including individuals, charitable organizations, foundations, and corporate fiduciaries (., banks, and trust companies).
• Collaborate with the Partner to develop and implement effective legal strategies.

Requirements:

• 5-15 years of relevant experience in estate planning, taxation, and trust administration.
• Experience working with individuals, charitable organizations, foundations, and corporate fiduciaries.
• Familiarity with international estate planning is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• LLM in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred.

Certifications:

• Membership in the Florida Bar is required.
• Willingness to become a member of the Florida Bar if not already.
