  • Collaborate with the Partner to develop and implement effective legal strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5-15 years of relevant experience in estate planning, taxation, and trust administration.
  • Experience working with individuals, charitable organizations, foundations, and corporate fiduciaries.
  • Familiarity with international estate planning is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • LLM in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred.

Certifications:

  • Membership in the Florida Bar is required.
  • Willingness to become a member of the Florida Bar if not already.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
