The Intellectual Property Practice Group of Baker McKenzie is seeking an experienced IP Patent Paralegal for their Washington, . office. This individual will be responsible for electronic filings of USPTO documents, international (PCT) applications, PCT amendments, and Demands for International Preliminary Examination through PCT-Safe and ePCT. They will also oversee domestic and foreign patent prosecution matters from filing to grant, including interacting with clients on instructions and reporting of substantive patent prosecution matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of patent filing and prosecution work experience, familiarity with registration practice and IPR knowledge, and in-depth knowledge of patent filing and prosecution practices in the USPTO, PCT, and other major jurisdictions worldwide. They should also have working knowledge of patent docketing software and hold an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
