Rivkin Radler LLP is looking for an experienced Insurance Fraud Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have one year of litigation experience and a Bachelor’s degree or the successful completion of an accredited paralegal program. Responsibilities: - Assisting attorneys with case management - Preparation of pleadings and discovery responses - Electronic filing of Court documents - Assisting with discovery, trial preparation, motion practice, and preparation of contentions - Communicating with external parties (clients, court officials, opposing counsel, etc.) - Managing multiple on-going assignments; participating in office-wide projects as needed Candidate Qualifications: - 1 year of Litigation experience required - - Advanced computer skills using Excel, Word and Adobe, as well as case management software Hybrid Hours: - Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm with the flexibility to work overtime when needed - Minimum 3 days a week in office - 2 days a week remotely The annualized salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000.
