Locations: Indianapolis; Milwaukee; Naples; Tucson; Madison; Minneapolis; Phoenix; Tampa; Washington .

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience

Experience: 3+ years in franchise transactions

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lawyers and non-lawyers on franchise transactions
- Draft and review legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in transactions

Requirements:

- Admission to the bar in the state of practice
