Job Title: Trademark and Copyright Litigation Associate
Salary Range: $240,000 - $275,000 per year
Experience Level: 3rd-4th year

Responsibilities:
- Prepare complaints and answers for federal court
- Conduct discovery and document review
- Take or defend depositions
- Research and write motions
- Experience with proceedings before the TTAB preferred
- Strong time management and writing skills required
- Must be licensed and in good standing in DC

Qualifications:
- Passion for IP and brand protection
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in trademark and copyright litigation
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Admission to the DC bar preferred
