Responsibilities Include:

Conducting pre-claim investigations and legal research
Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
Filing documents with the court
Performing administrative duties
Assisting with preparation of federal and state administrative filings
Maintaining pleadings and discovery indexes
Organizing exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
Preparing for trials and arbitrations
Assisting with voir-dire, jury selection, and witness preparation
Aiding attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
Gathering relevant information from various sources
Liaising between trial teams and internal/external third parties
Assisting with case settlements
Addressing client inquiries and providing updates on case status
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury law
Familiarity with federal and state court procedures
Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, and litigation documentation
Proficiency with MS Office and legal technology
Working knowledge of federal filing systems
Bilingual skills a plus
Strong sense of confidentiality and ability to exercise sound judgment
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional time-management and typing skills
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Paralegal associates degree or relevant certification preferred
