Education and Experience: 2-year degree or Paralegal Certificate; 4-year degree preferred in related field preferred; or combination of education and commensurate work experience required. 3-5 years litigation docketing experience with specific experience using CompuLaw Vision preferred. 3-5 years litigation experience in various federal and state courts that included calculating and calendaring deadlines. Strong knowledge of California litigation and asbestos practice. Strong knowledge of litigation process, court rules and procedures.
