- Prepare case summaries and materials for mediation conferences
- Conduct thorough research and gather relevant case information

- Answer phone calls and redirect when necessary
- Maintain and update contact details
- Facilitate meeting deadlines and provide timely reminders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in Personal Injury law
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal technology
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with case management software
- Excellent organizational and secretarial skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
