You will also conduct investigations to ensure that all employee issues are resolved in adherence to company policies and regulations. This is a remote position that requires the candidate to live in the Southeast Region. The salary for this position ranges from $60K to $70K, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with benefits, including health and welfare benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Essential Functions: - Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems. - Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations, ensuring fair, neutral, and timely investigations. - Provide guidance and support to Managers in handling employee conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and terminations. - Partner with Operational Management, Business HR, Labor Relations, and Legal Teams to develop solutions for complex Employee Relations issues. - Ensure high-quality Human Resources support through performance management, legal compliance, employee communication, and collaboration with COEs. Additional Responsibilities: - Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within the region. - Travel as needed to company sites within the supported region. Skills and Abilities: - Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and company policies. - Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills. - Excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization. - Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Flexibility to excel in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent major, or four years of additional experience. - Five or more years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations. - Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations. - Ability to travel up to 10%.
