Job Description As an Energy & Climate Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for working on ground-breaking financing transactions for our clients in the clean energy and decarbonization sectors. This role requires 3-6 years of transactional experience with a focus on project finance and/or structured asset-based finance and non-recourse lending transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience representing sponsors, developers, borrowers, lenders, or investors, and a strong interest in developing a broad expertise in financing clean energy projects and portfolios.
