## Fund/Securities Transactional Attorney Responsibilities:

* Provide legal advice and services to clients in relation to fund formation, governance, and transactions and/or securities matters
* Analyze complex legal documents, such as fund formation documents, partnership agreements, and securities offerings
* Draft and negotiate fund formation documents, partnership agreements, and securities offerings
* Advise clients on legal and regulatory issues related to fund formation, governance, and transactions and/or securities matters
* Draft and review memoranda, opinions, and other legal documents
* Analyze the impact of changing laws and regulations
* Participate in client meetings and presentations
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
