Advice to law firm management:
Continue to facilitate growth of attorneys and staff, while also introducing benefits and incentives for employees to put in more effort and do their very best.
Pros:
Cole Schotz is a great atmosphere to work in. Department heads are friendly and helpful, benefits are great, and it is an environment where everyone can make worthwhile contributions.
Cons:
Change does not happen quickly at this firm. The atmosphere is not very competitive, which may be a turn off for those trying to be promoted/recognized for their efforts.
